THE STORY

Our client buys specific CAT and Doosan machines from the USA, Canada, Europe and Australia and resells them in Egypt. Finding those machines meant staff refreshing marketplace websites all day — and the best-priced machines were gone within hours. Worse, some key European marketplaces geo-block the whole region, so the team couldn't even open the listings.

We built them an autonomous harvesting engine that patrols six international marketplaces around the clock and filters every listing against the company's exact model catalog — precise enough to reject look-alike variants, spare parts, service manuals and even diecast toy models that mention the same model numbers. Each genuine find is pushed to an operator's phone on Telegram within minutes of appearing online, assigned round-robin so the team shares the pipeline fairly.

Where a marketplace blocks the client's region, the platform mirrors the listing: photos and seller contact details are re-hosted on the client's own server, so staff see everything on their own dashboard without ever needing the blocked site.

From first call to final pound of profit, every machine moves through a nine-stage pipeline — claim, negotiate, purchase, shipping, customs, stock, sold — with close-rate analytics per operator. A multi-currency finance engine converts purchase price, freight, customs and repairs into exact EGP cost, margin and profit. Buyers, installment payments, receivables, company expenses and staff commissions complete the picture: the owner opens one page and reads the company's true net.
